Everton midfielder Royston Drenthe is set for a Goodison Park exit, after the winger was left out of the FA Cup semi-final clash with Liverpool due to disciplinary reasons.
The Dutch trickster did not feature in the Toffees’ 2-1 defeat to rivals Liverpool at Wembley on Saturday, after reportedly turning up late for training just days before the crucial Merseyside derby.
Drenthe, who is on loan from Real Madrid, has been fined by David Moyes on a number of occasions for indiscipline since joining the club.
With Everton having the option to make the attacker’s move to England permanent in the summer, Mirror Football reveal that Drenthe will not play again for the side before being sent back to the Santiago Bernabeu at the end of the campaign.
